Professional Experience
Anne joined Baird in 2018 and quickly advanced her role. She now holds the title of AVP Senior Client Specialist. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in the brokerage and investment services industry. In 2022, she earned the title of Client Planning Specialist, within Baird that recognizes her focus on financial planning and her expanded responsibilities in serving clients at a high level.
Anne has worked alongside Rob Jacobsen since 1989, and together they’ve built a practice rooted in long-term relationships, personalized service, and meticulous attention to detail. Prior to joining Baird, Anne worked at Johnson Investment Services, where she developed deep expertise in client service and operations within a high-performing advisory team.
Education
Anne earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. She holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, and in April 2022, successfully completed the Wealth Management Certified Professional® program. With this credential, she brings specialized knowledge in retirement planning, investment strategy, and risk management — helping ensure that every client receives thoughtful, coordinated support aligned with their goals.
Personal Information
Anne lives in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and is a proud wife and mom. She and her husband, Joe, have two beautiful daughters, Danielle and Emily, and love spending time together as a family.
Anne enjoys traveling and discovering new places whenever she gets the chance. At home, she stays active with long walks and hikes through Wisconsin’s scenic trails. When it’s time to slow down, there’s nothing she enjoys more than a quiet evening with family and a good book.
